Reston, VA - October 30, 2007 - Clinical Care Options (CCO), the leader in continuing medical education (CME) programs in hematology/oncology, HIV, and hepatitis, announced that Linda Coogle, Senior Vice President of Operations, has been named to the Board of Directors for The North American Association of Medical Education and Communication Companies (NAAMECC).

Coogle joined Clinical Care Options in September 2003 as the Director of Program Management and Finance with more than 22 years of experience in the communications and medical education industry. She was promoted to Vice President of Operations in June 2004 and to Senior Vice President of Operations in September 2005. Before working at Clinical Care Options, Coogle served as CME Manager at Medscape.com, a part of WebMD Health Professional Network, guiding the development of their CME certification process and helping to establish their presence as a major CME provider.
NAAMECC represents and advocates for medical education and communication companies in relationships with the media, commercial supporters, and other types of CME providers. Coogle will serve a 1-year term beginning October 17, 2007.
