Capsule Summary:
Novel Bcr-Abl Inhibitor Bosutinib Safe and Active in Imatinib-Resistant/Intolerant CML
In this phase I/II trial, bosutinib treatment was associated with a 91% rate of complete hematologic response, a 50% rate of complete cytogenetic response, and a 52% rate of major molecular response; 19% of patients discontinued treatment because of toxicity.
